First trip to Finca Rømcke 

It was a hectic week where I only had a few days off and the program was full. We got a nice tour of the property with Mr Mas, previous owner. 

At the same time, I got to visit an Architect who fell for the project at the same time as I had to inspect what I had bought unseen. 

The property was bigger than I thought and had time to walk there for many hours every day to familiarize myself with the property. 

My dream for many years had been to get a place in Italy as a holiday resort. Now it was not quite like that, since my dear Monia wanted to take me on a trip to Mallorca in 2019. After this trip we started and studied the various houses and farms for sale on the various websites. And here you see what we fell for. A ruin :))
